Datil dogs!

I admit the one on the left is a hamburger that's cut in half... it was the best one. made with homemade datil pesto and topped with chopped datil and brain strain fresh from the garden.

thanks, it was easily top 3 best things i've ever eaten(and #1 hottest meal) and I was a bit unsure how all the flavors would combine but was spot on!

nope, there's a TON of garlic in the pesto... those are grilled onions marinated in balsamic vinegar and rosemary
