Deep fried ribs.

Used boneless country style ribs cooked them fully in the oven slow with some bbq sauce. Flour egg then cornmeal, deep fried in cast iron. Want to play with some heavier/different coatings and hotter or longer fried. No seasoning as I want for these to be just like dipping chunks and let the different sauces to shine. Made a couple generic dips and my favorite was butter, garlic and parsley powder which I use on almost everything. Diced garlic, parmesan and Romano grated cheese, onion powder and a parmesan wing sauce from "president serve your master walmart" which is amazing, used heavy on wings. For this sauce the walmart sauce is used very light, kinda just enough to help everything else gel.

Like I said I picture these as really just sexy coated pork rib chunks with several awesome dipping sauces to enjoy.

Dayum, Siccy! Ribs are bad enough for for the cardio....now you gotta deep fry it?!?!???
 
Aight...i would probably eat salad for a month for that Cheat Meal.
