You'll like Mad Mike, they guy is insane. He Runs the NERCC (New England Regional Chili Cookoff) every year in Somers, CT. The winner of that competition goes to the World Championship. He's got some awesome culinary skills, and loves to talk to people about how to make a good chili.

He'll give an interesting perspective on the industry as a whole, as well as a bunch of other topics regarding the hot sauce world. Join us this Tuesday, 6/24, at 7pm.

I got a call from the host, Grilliant Ideas, and he stated we've risen to #4 for overall Food Programs for his show group (which includes us) on BlogTalkRadio, not too bad for a newbie, lol! Anyway, Brian & Marilyn Meagher, from The Hot Sauce Daily will be our guests. I thought it would be a neat perspective from a long-time blogger/reviewer. We've got a lot to talk about, including the absolute tsunami of new reviewers, many of which aren't worth their weight in sauce, as all they are concerned with is making puke vids and Jackass stunts.
