Plants are looking good. Rocoto especially looking healthy - really nice color and leaves!  How long did the rocoto take to germinate for you?
 
Yeah, I'd gotten the impression it had been a while.  Man, I sure feel for you guys with the really cold winters.  Gotta make some things really tough.  Amazing all you have going on indoors though!
 
I find the seeds can feel outside what its like, I talked to a guy about that, same thing , does not matter the inside temps, the plants respond more when the outside temps gets warm, weird but true.
 
I find the sun's rays change measurably come April 1st. The plants take off and reach for the window light regardless of what light I have overhead. Somehow I think the plant senses the strengthening rays of natural light and it knows what it wants. 
 
I agree, they seem to grow and function
according to the cycles of the sun and
moon no matter what the artificial light
cycle I use is.
