With the temps in the +20's C cleaned up the yard, cut down a tree (manual Saw lol) and planted a few Common Oregano's. My Strawberries I potted and placed in the Garage over winter looks like their survived.

Some big temp swings, DF! Good to see you getting a taste of spring.

Why'd you decide to take down the tree? I had a birch in my front yard showing showing the beginnings of disease last year and now I have a perfect spot with morning sun for rocotos.

Its one of those trees , cotton wood that messes up everything, shoots go every ware and hard to remove from the ground. Hate to do it but the shoots are a real pain for gardens and structures. Was also hanging over neighbors garage and def dont need to deal with any potential damages, was leaning over the roof.

Both Apple trees are blooming and Plum blossoming. Planted three rows of Potatoes this morning. Garlics are up. Herbs doing well.
Supposed to go to 1c on Saturday.
