I candied a bunch of different pods the last couple of years. It's too easy when you're in the midst of homework or something to just keep reaching into the bag.... Mindlessly did that with the candied fatalii's one night (so yum!) The thing is that the sugar knocks down the heat level a tad - AT FIRST. If you're not paying attention though, at some point you suddenly notice your mouth is ON FIRE!!! LOL

And yes, I'm sure I'll do it all over again next time I candy pods!

Have done it a few times, hard to find good chilis at the moment and it's not the growing season, however, learn from my mistake, if you overdo it, you'll shit fire!!!
