I have been searching for the answer of this question for a while. It seems as if it is unknown what peppers the parents are?
Does anyone know the parents of the Chocolate Primo/Reaper?

I know the primo/reaper is unknown but is the part that makes it a chocolate also Unknown?
Oooohhhh you wanted to know the chocolate parent?!? Well why didn't you say so! We thought it was common knowledge. Yeah, it was crossed with an already crossed pepper that was a Chocolate Tobago Perfume crossed with Ulupica Dorset.

As far as I can remember yes unknown. I believe Butch found one plant in a row or patch of either red reapers or Primos. The Primo/Reaper might be a natural variant and not a cross at all. It's completely unknown. Butch posted about it last summer and this is what I remember. Only he knows for sure.

Actually it is a mystery, sprouted up in some parsley I grew in some recycled starting trays, I let it grow and it turned into the awesome brown podded pepper I call CPR. At first I thought it was from chocolate Primo seeds that someone sent & that didn't sprout, but after backtracking them it turns out that none of the seeds had sprouted and the original was crossed and became something different. Its obviously a cross from either Primo or Reaper therefore the name! Its going into f4 this season & has retained the same look, it is a bit hard to germinate but hopefully future generations will breed that out.
