I'm going with drunk or maybe bathsalts if people still do that. Two of my step brothers where messing around with that stuff, never seen them do anything that stupid but they was bad enough one night they got locked in a closet till they came down. I generally avoid those two when they doped up cause they are pretty weird. Hated when we would do coke together and stuff. Oldest one would walk around popping his ankles, wrists and neck out in the street, looked like a chicken strutting around for hours. I couldn't imagine doing that on shrooms or cid personally.
I'd have to tell on, "dude go get robert, he's doing the chicken dance out front he's going to get picked up by the cops"
