Made some Chocolate covered shortbread yesterday. Took some Scottish Shortbread and vacuum packed with pure coco and heated to melt, used rolling pin to spread. Vacuume packing also prevents chocolate blume (the white stuff is the oil that surfaces).
I like my treats on the savory side, apps before dinner tonight yufka (thicker phyllo dough) stuff with feta cheese, parsley and a touch of Aleppo flake, then dust with Zaatar spice after cooking.
