End of Season 2009

I used the rest of my homegrown pods a few days ago. Here's some pics:

7 Pot and Bhut jolokia with garlic and onion. It gave me nice hickups.

Armadillo,

Your sauce looks wonderful. How many Bhuts and 7 pods did you use for these many bottles?

NJA

Those six and a half bottles are only 100 ml each. I had about 25 7 Pot pods and seven or eight bhuts.

the sauce is looking great! & sounds like you put enough chiles in it to have some decent heat.
as for the fridge, looks like you need to make some more sauce(or buy) to fill the gaps in the fridge, or beer ?
bock beer, nasty! but to each their own, though beer hot sauce is a win!

With all the overwintered plants in 2010 I hope to have an even bigger harvest and a bigger amount of sauces to fill the fridge. All I will have to do is to clear the fridge in time...:mouthonfire:

great looking end of the season for you 'Dillo

you ready for next year ?

I hope so! The decrease of space in the fridge may cause an increase of hot sauce consumption in order to clear the fridge for next season. But hey, that should work. Meanwhile I even use hot sauce as spread for buttered toast.
