End of Year Sauce Making

Hello all, it's the end of the year and I have used the rest of my peppers for some sauces. I used some of the recipes I found here on the hot pepper. I am more of a lurker who likes reading the forums but wanted to send a thanks to everybody here for ll the thoughts, ideas and wealth of information. I used RocketMans' Bourbon Apple Butter recipe and since I bought some Bourbon, made Born2Burns' Bourbon Cherry Ginger Choc Pepper Sauce. Also tried texas blues favorite sauce. Did some of my regular batches and a bunch in the dehydrator. All in all,a busy few days.

nice sauce's!! now you have something to keep you warm during those cold Canadian winters LOL
 
i do the same thing at the end i also freeze some and use them at my leasure

Everything is still green because I uploaded the wrong picture :(
 
Still got lots in the freezer to make some sauces in the spring, so I will be looking for new recipes. End up giving most away and still have a lot in the cellar from the last couple years.
 
Always enjoy the smells of new sauces
