NuMex Suave Orange is the best heatless chinense I have grown so far...
Pasilla Bajio is great but I prefer ordinary Pasilla due to its slightly higher heat level - one of the very best for drying and powdering.
Czechoslovakian Black is one of the most productive peppers I know of - very early and nice flavour, too.
Criolla Sella is a nice choice for a not so hot baccatum (at least my strain is)
