I have an old cast iron piggy bank. I am going to fill it with bulk sausage and and peppers, cook it on the grill, and make a pig. That's right. Pig not pork!
 
Um Boss? How you gonna get that "pig" outta that bank? It pains me to think about that! poor piggy...

I think I'm gonna hafta pass on that TD...not enough CI to go 'round in this house. UNLESS my Saints make the SuperBowl! 'Cuz then I gotta make gumbo, which trumps whatever Scovie thinks he wants to make in the Hearse. It's all mine beeee-otch!!! :stop:
 
it don't take 3 days to make gumbo, CJ, should be enough time for Scovie to make some thing, wash the CI and let you have-at-it~~~ :crazy:
 
I'm thinking ladies first - CJ cooks, washes, hands it to Scovie then sits back and watches, wine in hand.....
 
Oh HELL NO!!!! I let SD make his crowning pizza glory in the HEARSE....but we had the understanding it was "his" Hearse to cook with and clean. Three days later..who cleaned the Hearse?????? That Hearse has ceased to be part of my kitchen-existence.........

I no cooky w/it...I no cleany it!!!!! ( I would be willing.. but it's toooooooo big!!!!!!) ;)

I went to Saver's (a local chain thrift store) Seeing if I could find a CI for a deal....they were selling them for the same price as a new one!! There were two...I passed on both of them. I'm gonna find one for a deal or no deal, ya dig. By the way, I found a source that says http://sherylcanter....ning-cast-iron/ .......wait for it....wait for it........ok go! I know there will be some racket on this topic, which I will eagerly be waiting for.
 
umhuh...so many choices of meals to cook on cast iron...
