Well, in 10 hours the tasting begins for the chili competition i'm in. I chose the Hot category for obvious reasons...

3 1/2lb of 80/20 beef, ground.
Chipotle in sauce, shot glass is for class
Mixed in some habanero/indian carbon Everclear for heat
The kid helped by pulling stuff off the counter and spilling milk on the floor...
This is my hand, btw..that habanero was HUGE. (I think it is a hab, thats what the store sign said, lolol)
1:00am on the 22nd, stirring the pot and adding a little more moisture to it. almost 13 hours into cooking now.
