Any tips how to keep veggies crisp? I don't have grape leafs handy...
forgot to add lemon (or lime) juice  :P
should be alright anyway
 
i read somewhere you can also use black tea (aka regular teabags) - its all about the tanins - and those are in tea as well (might want to doublecheck that, before having to send tons of perfectly good veggies into the container b/c yours truely screwed up ...tho) ...

Makes sense. I just added a bag of a good British tea :)
