Question, I bought a can of those Jalapenos and Carrots. I poured them in a Mason Jar added some Tabasco Scorpion Sauce and some more Jalapeno Juice from a jar of Pickled Jalapenos, then added fresh carrots, onions and cucumbers. I have been snacking on this big jar in the fridge for three weeks. Today I pull it out to get some carrots and this thing is bubbling like mad. What the heck have I done? Is this stuff fermenting? Is it bad bacteria? Should I throw it out?
