first chilli shop in the uk, mm not technically true. There gp one in bristol and there are at least another 2 that i know of further up country.
In Tooting there are loads of chilli shops and farmer markets, I live quite a while away though 
Is it just me (and my technical genius skillsDEFCON Creator said:

The Chilli Shop in Brighton (at the Marina) is great! They've just opened up another shop in the centre so it's great for picking up sauces without the long walk! Brighton is great for the chilli scene 
Any Hot Sauce/ Chilli shops near London, Stansted or Lincolnshire?
Not any I know of, there's lots of chilli shops down the south of England, but not much in the middle, which is a shame because that's where we are! There's a great chilli farm in Bedforshire we go to though - Edible Ornamentals. It's only about 1 and a half hours from central London They sell chilli sauces and fresh chillies as well as serving fresh food cooked with the chillies grown onsite. There's also a pick your own chillies tunnel!

I'm originally from Lincolnshire. It's been 5 years since I've been able to back, but have just booked a flight Dec/ Jan (very excited!) and was hoping to have time to visit a couple of hot sauce shops to see for myself how the tastes differ from here to there, am guessing the chilli tunnel will not likely be open in January 
Fiery Foods UK have also gone from Brighton and become "The Chilli Shop" in leeds.
