fermenting First ferment

87 grams fresh Reapers
533 grams frozen Red habaneros
270 grams onion
643 grams fresh tomato
211 grams fresh green fryers
28 grams red cabbage
74 grams garlic
15 grams fresh ground cumin
15 grams ground black pepper
51 grams Agave nectar
43 grams salt 2%
 
Blended all together in a food processor and placed in a 64 0z glass container and placed an air lock on top. Now the wait.

This is before the ferment.
Opened it up and it had a nice ferment smell, and boy is it hot.
