condiment First go at barbeque sauce

So i had some time today and whipped up a barbeque sauce, got a few pics of it all, ingredients, in the pan and the final product. Now just spoiling for an excuse to get it on some ribs! Definately needed more chilli as well. Actually looking at the pic i think i may have put in a few to many things!







flavour is good maybe a little vinegary. Anyway going to be making some hot sauce tomorrow. Found some 'dorset nagas' they have just started selling in tescos. Test time i think! peace out all

Thanks chaps, yes JayT started selling them in a supermarket, wierd eh. Dont worry i will investigate further. TB the barbeque is firing up later today unfortunately for portugese though, so ill have to sideline the barbeque sauce. Anyway lots of post coming up today! horray
