First real harvest

So, this is my first real chilli harvest for the season, even if it's only a small one. There's an anaheim that's starting to ripen (it fell off when i touched it, whoops), some jalapenos, ripe bolivian rainbows and some nagas (the two unripe ones had fallen off). I need to decide what I'm going to do with all these chillies, this is only a small harvest, there's still heaps of chillies out there. I might have to get a dehydrator, or think about making some sauces.

Not a lot of options with so little peppers.
I would have grilled the green ones and add them to a sandwich, used the JalapeƱos for a salad and made a bottle of sauce out of the rest.

BTW congratulations.

I'm so jealous of your nagas.
I really need to get off my butt and find some seeds.
Those jalapenos look yummy, btw. nice red Jalapenos are still one of my faves, such a wonderful taste.
Good on ya, mate.
