First sprouts coming up

Planted a variety of peppers and tomatoes about 4 weeks ago.  Waited two weeks and plants a second batch.
 
From the first batch I have 1 Habanada, 1 chocolate sprinkle tomato and 1 red pear tomato sprouting.  From the second batch I have a Mini Belle and a Habanada.
 
The first Habanada has second leaves coming in.
