Thanks man. I'll look into that and see what comes up. I actually chopped up that orange one in the last picture and put it in chicken burgers yesterday. All I could tell is that it was hot. But not overly hot.

some update pics of the bunch.
things are starting to ripen pretty good now. every day is new color change. and more mouth watering for some reason. lol.
unknown variety (i have been told Trinidad Congo) this one was over wintered from last year. going to try it again this winter

another unknown. only 3 pods on this little plant. pods are large though. little smaller then golf ball maybe.

again an unknown looks like its going to be yummy though.

and the only ones i tried so far. one ripe as described above. and one not ripe.. not a good idea at all. lol.

there is an orange hab plant in there too.. didnt take pics of it for some reason.
