need a little work but i now have all but the pulla and the bhut's not germinated, saw a few pics on this wondrous abode of knowledge web site that lead me in the right direction: fire retardant reflective insulation.

I think your set-up is just fine. I really need to add some reflectors to mine.

You've added more light, water, and heat, what is the "Fifth Element"?

Figured I would help make it easier so they show
 
O-ya, you got it real bad – pepper fever!!

I use the reflective material as well, but no need for me to insulate the outside perimeter.
I don't have the magnum grow chamber like some of the others on this forum. I use an old bathroom that I gutted, installed a new furnace and two wire (4 shelves) units with 2 (4' T5 jumpstart light systems) per shelf. I've seen many others go with more lighting than me, but mine setup is working and I'm not complaining.

You never stop tweaking though!
