Flat rate to Canida from US ??

Extra thanks to bassianus for pointing me to the exemptions.  I spent the last few hours pulling hair trying to get a flat rate to Canada figured out in my online store.  Set it at $5.00 and will adjust as I find out how much it actually costs.  Provided I did not totally screw something up, I think I got this.  Wouldnt have tried without knowing about the exemptions because oh damn the laws for the big boys are complicated.
