Fly's on my plants

I'm Not sure whats goin on but today i noticed a bunch of fly's around and on my pepper plants and some really small white ones weird?
is theyre something safe i can do to keep bugs away?
 
White Flies! They're bad! That's what I'm fighting right now. I use a spray bottle full of water with about 5 drops of DAWN dish soap. Spray them either early morning or in the evening after the sun goes down.

i had a few white flys on my red habs last year, used a spray bottle with listerine...didn't see any on the plants the next day
