Excellent!  You know I didnt know this crap until I started reading the regulations for produce to make sure I comply.  At first, I thought some of the rules were nutty.  Then I started into figuring why and got scared to death.  Speculation is that the 60 people that got sick and one that died from apple juice could have been infected by a single apple picked up off the ground and not properly washed.  So many apples go into making huge batches and the crap grows even when acidified and chilled.
