no not yet, it takes around 8 business days to get here, no mail on weekends. all canadian government only works 9 to 430 or 5 monday to friday. 
so i will probably get it next week.
 
well ill be damned, i was proven wrong by my post office, got your seeds today, thank you and ill send some powder your way!
the town i live in has maybe 100 people in it, so the post office works whatever hrs they feel like and my mail man delivers mail whenever the hell he feels like it as well. thats why i always say 8 business day. some times it takes 2 weeks to get a letter from an hour away.
 
as an update to this thread, one of my Aji Dulce plants is ripening orange this year...at first I thought I had gotten the seeds mixed up with orange habs but it seems that it's an anomaly, no heat to them.  The other plant I have is ripening red.
 
I guess don't be surprised if they turn orange on you?  Well, I was surprised...but still.
