I actually did it once just for laughs. There may have been a woman involved. In retrospect, twenty bucks sounds like a good deal.

Basically means someone who intentionally says things on a forum to try to get a negative reaction out of people.

Best advise is to ignore trolls. "Feeding" them by commenting back to them just gives them more reason to continue trolling. See I use quotes a lot too!
