I want to make a sauce out of some peppers I have, but I have no idea how many to use since the recipe requires 2 Tbs. of powder. I have a dehydrator and could make powder, but I don't want to over estimate how much I have and end up not being able to make a full batch.
Is there some general conversion between fresh and powder? A rough estimate would be fine.
