They are greasy and delicious ... your fingers should be greasy/shiney while you eat them ...

It says they use chicken broth for the MSG component. You can buy MSG in the spice aisle! Duh.

The reason this looks fake. It is numbered 1 to 11. Who lists a recipe like that? Unless it is in your head to fake the secret 11 herbs and spices recipe. His wouldn't be numbered. Looks like it is to point it out so it is obvious w/o having to tell anyone so it is "discovered."
 
Call me a skeptic lol.

PT's fried chicken in south Dallas is my favorite chicken. Authentic hood chicken, the real deal IMO. The seasoning is amazing and has almost a beef flavor if you know what I mean. I suck at explaining flavors

I have been doing a copycat KFC for years that is pretty bang on. flavouring is more intense but the texture is dead ringer.  awesome to do fried mushrooms too.   Not something you would want eat often though, crazy amount of salt and msg .
