Dunno about the first, pull that leaf off and see what they hatch into. The second is a stink/squash bug and should be dealt with quickly and without remorse.

2nd is either baby stinkbugs or squasbugs

I thought stinkbugs were predatory and beneficial?
I think it's the green ones that are bad.
