Handful of Garlic Cloves
1 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
2 Cups White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbs Salt
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
20 Orange Habaneros
2 Bhut Jolokia
Some other Misc Peppers
