disease-pests Fungus gnats!

I use Neem Max oil and also have the sticky traps which helps. A couple shots of Zevo in my foil trays that I have my plants sitting in and that also helps. I have noticed that during the early part of the season, I got a mushroom or 2 coming up in the soil. Now mushrooms have not been seen since I only water when plants are dry. I was told my a co-worker mushrooms are OK but kind of weird seeing them suddenly pop up.
