Pretty good, but it tastes better today.  The garlic comes thru and the bite of the peppers.  Mmmmm~

Got to try it since i got some Chobani whole milk Greek yogurt on sale.

1 English cucumber grated, salted and drained for a few hours.
1-2 TBS of my last homegrown dill
Pinch or two of homegrown oregano
Dash of black pepper maybe 1/4 TSP at most
2-4 cloves of fresh garlic run through the press
Fresh lemon juice
Tassos EVO.

Considering a little cream cheese to stiffin it up if needed. I use it often in onion dip.

1 Heaping cup of Chobani Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

1 English cucumber grated, salted and drained for a few hours. About 1/2 cup after its drained and squeezed

1 TBS of homegrown dill (Fresh but frozen last season)

Dash of black pepper and Aleppo pepper maybe 1/4 TSP at most

4 cloves of fresh garlic run through the press

1 TBS Fresh lemon juice

1 TBS Tassos EVO.

1/4 TSP Sea Salt

The plan is to have it with leftover turkey sammies. I got some store bought naan that toasts up ok. Split in half they fit in my toaster well enough to warm up. Shove some leftover breast meat in there with some tzatziki sounds kinda good.

Mouth watering pictures here....
I use to make more hillbilly/redneck version, shred cucumber, drain (you can mix with salt, let a bit to rest, and drain, and cut some salt for next step), shred garlic, mix all with salt and yogurt - works with ordinary yogurt too. Sometime dill. Fast and tasty.
