 THP there is also the BBQ sauce inside the fatty being baked sweetley for hours at the moment.  Just Heinz Texas Style. Nothing fancy,first time ever doing this and some times just the quick easy cheap sell out sauce is the way to go.  Taste for days is what I'm hoping for.
