Ghost Garlic Hot Sauce

Ive been experimenting with my ghost pepper mash. Really enjoyed this one and think ill upscale and add it to the selection.

15ml of ghost chillies
3 whole bulbs of roast garlic
100ml water
20ml apple cider vinegar

Kind of what Im doing, got some dried Red Ghost soaking in ACV right now to make a garlic sauce.

That sounds really good! Simple, hot, roasted garlic flavor. Nice. No salt?

Sorry to ask such a dumb question but how do you measure peppers in ml? Would this not be grams or ounces by weight?
