flavor Ghost peppers vs. Trinidad Scorpions for flavor

This is my second season growing Ghost peppers. I have thought about the Trinidad Scorpions, but have read some time ago that the flavor is a bit unpleasant by comparison.

Any members here that grow both? What are some thoughts about the flavor of these two varieties?

Both are great, but depends what I'm doing with them, ill throw scorp in mu breakfast of egg whites and hashrounds, but ghost for anything else

Ill have to try some scorpion burgers this season

Butch T scorpions can be a bit lacking in the taste dept., but yellow CARDI scorpions are great. Chocolate scorpions are also very good. standard red scorpions can also be good. I like the flavour of Bhuts a lot, especially used in cooking. So, it depends, in cooked dishes, I like Bhuts (and Nagas). Fresh I like Yellow scorpions.

Scorpions: Floral, slightly sweet, occasionally fruity but very subtly fruity, more floral for sure. However, if flavor was color, the flavor of a scorpion is definitely a pastel.

Bhuts: Deeper more savory flavor. Not much in the way of sweetness. Earthy, hearty, and often a tad smokey. No floral, or fruity there.

I put bhuts on/in meaty hearty dishes. Even chef salads.

Scorpions I have by themselves for desert. :)
