chinense Ghost peppers

A guy walks in my office today with a gallon ziplock of Ghost peppers. I wasn't ready for this and I'm not sure what to do with them. They are still green, but I need to do something with them this weekend.
 
Any thoughts?
 
first thing, get them out of the ziplock
 
if you wish to ripen them faster, put them in a paper bag with 1 ripe banana
 
 
 
 
 
i just made 31 poppers out of ghost, melted cream cheese, with blended shredded cheese at the last moment, then squeezed in at the last moment, topped with bacon, they are perfect as the peppers turn orange, not fully ripe or they are stupid hot for poppers
 
let em ripen, then freeze some, dehydrate the rest,  make a sauce,   Bhutt poppers?  OUCH I could get threw 1 maybe 2 then I'm done!
