Went to World Market this morning and found they are now carrying ginger syrup (by the Ginger People.) Love ginger, so picked up a bottle. The hangtag has a recipe on it: 3 parts vodka to 1 part ginger syrup, with some lime juice. Well, I still have some pepper-infused vodka (if I recall correctly, with manzano), so couldn't help but give it a try. What can I say? GET SOME!
