Goal #1 - Met!

I set some goals for my garden this year, as far as what I hope to harvest. Among them are 100 quarts of tomato juice, 24 quarts of whole tomatoes, 26 quarts of green beans, 100 quarts of potatoes (plus 50 pounds of uncanned spuds). I achieved the 100 quarts of juice - 106 so far and if I can find some more bottles I'll have over 110 from what have been picked. From now on, the maters go toward either salsa, whole tomatoes or to sell or give away.

That is really impressive Mike. I hope I have a better tomatoe year next year because i would like to start canning them too.
