I stopped in at a shop in Gin Gin and seen a nice collection of sauces for sale from Goanna Hill. They appear to be a local producer in Gin Gin.
I picked up the following - Mulberry Chilli, Paw Paw Chilli and Bushman's Curse (a habanero sauce).
The Mulberry is a nice mild sauce containing mulberries 45%, chillies,sugar vinegar garlic, ginger and salt.
The Paw Paw Sauce is a fantastic sauce with a great flavour. It caontains paw paw 39%, chillies,sugar vinegar garlic, ginger and salt.
Bushman's Curse looks like an orange habanero blend, it is a hot sauce with a nice burn. It contains habaneros 73%, sugar vinegar garlic, ginger, lemon and salt.
