From a lady that brought them back from Nassau. I do not think that they where frozen previously, but since I didn't have a complete 100% control on them I cannot be certain. They where a little ripe, but should be ok to de-seed an save. I have about 10 to 15 more peppers to de-seed tomorrow and dry out. I will say that they are HOT AS HELL!!!
I saw some of those on sale at a Caribbean shop in Toronto this week. Didn't buy `em though, because the selection looked a bit old and underdeveloped. What's the taste like on those? I might just go back and grab a few, for the seeds alone.
