cookware Got a Smoker :)

Usta chat with this gal who worked at this FAA site, barb wire fencing and what not, said that they tracked stuff above 80k, I was like what does the FAA have above 80k??? Just said some weird stuff...
 
Smoked Mackerel

Used my Salt rub for 24 hours. Washed then coated with maple syrup. Left in fridge for two days.

cherry/maple wood. 145F

When you first posted that you got a smoker, first thing that popped into my mind was like Hogleg moved to Canada????

That guy will smoke a 12 pound turkey in under 6 minutes with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes on the side.
