Great White North Bean Thai Soup

Was cold yesterday so made a soup.
Beans had cooked previously for a previous post..
 
 
1pnt White Beans.
1 Thai pepper slit down the middle
1tbs Turmeric
1tbs dried ginger (depending on how strong the powder is, mine is week).
2cup Tomato Soup  ( home made or some organic make)
1pnt water
1/4 cup each of dried Brown and Shiitake mushrooms
Salt to taste
1tbs Org no salt Seasoning mix
Hand full Org Black bean spaghetti at the last 10 min of cooking.
 
Cooked for 30min

Looks wonderful.  Love the color contrast with the black bean pasta.  :)
