Introducing our newest creation (drum roll).........GREEN MEANIE!!! This is a medium heat avocado and tomatillo based sauce. The heat comes from a combination of green jalapeños and Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper).

I wouldn't call it thick by any means but it does have a wonderful, almost silky texture. I'm really enjoying it myself.

Sounds fantastic Dan - a couple of local taquerias in my area do an avacado salsalita and I really enjoy the texture and flavor the avocado provides. Excited to try this one. :cheers:

picked up a jar of his Fiery Pineapple personally from the man himself during the the bowers Pa chilefest it gone now it was that good that man know his stuff also like Grounds for divorce
