I need some help from you local guys. Does anyone know of a place locally that sell sauce bottles? I don't have enough bottles to bottle the batch I have and am getting all sorts of second request from people who has already tried my sauce. It is already getting overwhelming.

Just last week I made a trip to C. Worth restaurant supply on Versailles Road looking for the same thing.
I live close by, and have a friend that works there.
They had none and told me there wasn't anyone else in town that carried such products. So don't waste your time going there.
I've just been canning my batches in 1/2 pint jars so far.
I checked out the site below and their prices seem to be pretty reasonable.
http://www.leeners.com

Plus they have some pretty good info on their site about bottling and canning sauces.
Salsa Lady has posted info on SKS bottling, which also has some nice stuff.

So I'm planning to purchase a case of bottles from one of them soon.

What part of town you call home? I live in Garden Side.

Thanks Chili Monsta. I live in Southpoint. I am thinkin of going and checking out Carpenter Dish Barn today to check there. If not I told a couple of the people asking that if I had to I would go to the Dollar Tree and buy a few bottles of their cheap nasty hot sauce and use those bottles.

Welcome Welcome!

As to your question, we (Heartbreaking Dawns) started by bringing sauces to BBQ's, family parties, birthdays .. well basically any event theres a bunch of people and food! We first got responses from them, then moved to continue, discontinue, or alter certain flavors. After that, we did a local fair that is held twice a year. You can't be naive in the sense that your family and friends are generally nicer than strangers! Start small and local, and grow from there! Good luck to you! This is a great forum with a plethora of information

One of the people who first tried my sauce was someone my wife went to high school with, that's kind of the reason I gave him a sample since he didn't really know me. I know a couple of the other people that tried my first batch were probably just being nice, but one of my neighbors which was the first to suggest selling it has been asking when i am going to make more. He just finished the bottle I gave him from my second batch that I gave him. As for the other guy that my wife went to schoool with we have been trading off products, he makes a hot dog chili sauce for a local mobile hot dog stand, so I will give him some of my hot sauce and he gives me some of his hot dog sauce.
