I have been obsessed with chillies for 15 years and have been involved with hot sauces and chilli growing for many of those. I bumped into this forum and it looked like a great community, and as I spend way too much time online thought I would get involved and say hi.
I grow around 30 varieties a year for personal use and love to cook and create with chillies. I love Fatalli's the most, something about them is just so good, the flavour and the heat just seem to balance perfectly. Hot sauce wise I love all the habanero and scotch bonnet varieties but am not a fan of extract sauces, something about extract that makes sauces a bit too bitter for me.
