Greetings from Brooklyn!

Hi everybody!

I should have joined this site a long time ago - I, like many others here, started going through enough hot sauce that one day I decided to make my own. Came up with my own recipe and have made up some others with good success. I love doing it and I've given cases of it away to friends and coworkers. I've gone through gallons of this stuff and everyone loves it so I'm trying to figure out how to get start making it commercially. If anyone here has had success taking your recipe out of the kitchen and into a professional kitchen I'd like to pick your brain.
