Well first off I'd like to thank who ever it was that replied to my e-mail and fixed it so I could join the group. I've been doing BBQ for a few years now and just recently got interested in the amazing world of HOT so now I need to learn to grow my own peppers so I can stop buying or asking friends for them and improve on my sauce making and while I'm at it hopefully I'll learn how to preserve/can properly. I have made a couple of small batches of sauce from Habaneros and the red Jalapenos and though I have no intention of making to sell have been asked how much I would charge for a few bottles, I'm glad they liked it that much but I feel I have much to learn.
