I was looking at some hot sauce sites this evening (about 60 of them) and found the site. I decided to join up and see what i can make of it. I have always been interested in making my own hot sauce. I have been growing peppers for a few years and its about time i do something with them. I usually give them to co-workers. I hope to have some fun and learn a thing or two.
